    "I visit this coffee shop every day thanks to my subscription, and I’m always impressed by the excellent customer service.     The drink which I asked for is a vanilla latte , and after ordering just by min gap I was served with the drink !What a service by the team , they don’t make the customer wait more than min.The service was mind blowing and also the taste of the latte too. I like to have more sugar in my coffee , so the only thing is the sweetness didn’t match my expectation but the drink was great

    I usually have a fantastic service in this place, with a usual barrister that serves me. However today was very disappointing. A lady looking very annoyed asked for my order didn't even look at me then proceeded to make my coffee and then just left it in the counter without saying this is yours and I had to ask twice to make sure it was mine and not someone else's. It's rather rude. I know everyone has bad days but you gotta leave that at the door when you start working I do and I work in a client facing environment so I couldn't never make someone's day feel bad because my day isn't working out. Shame really as I always look forward to getting my coffee there as most of the employees there are super friendly and ever ask you how you are. It wasn't even busy
